The singer, 38, was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2025 and able to confirm that she is cancer free after surgery earlier this year. After receiving the award for Outstanding Achievement in Music, Jessie J took to the stage at the O2 to thank those that got her there. She started by telling the audience that she hadn't prepared anything, quipping: "I think I won all my awards in 2010 in the space of three months. It's been a while since I've given a speech, so bear with me."
