President Bola Tinubu has assured Nigerians that the impact of his administration’s reforms will be felt by citizens across the country, saying the policies are aimed at laying the foundation for greater prosperity and national development.

Speaking at the inauguration of the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement in Abuja on Thursday, President Tinubu, who was represented by the President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio, said he chose the path of courage and conviction in implementing reforms aimed at rescuing Nigeria and building a better future for the country.

Since taking office on May 29, 2023, President Tinubu’s administration has implemented a series of reforms, including the removal of the fuel subsidy and the unification of the foreign exchange market, among others, as part of efforts to reposition the economy and improve the welfare of Nigerians.

Although the reforms attracted concerns from some citizens over their immediate impact, President Tinubu has maintained that they would deliver long-term benefits and bring positive outcomes for Nigerians.
