The Deputy Governor of Bushehr for Political Affairs told the state-run IRNA news agency that projectiles hit multiple locations within the province, including areas surrounding the perimeter of the Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant.
Hours later, Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB), citing local sources, reported consecutive explosions in the city of Choghadak, located just outside the provincial capital of Bushehr.
Simultaneously, the Governor of Asaluyeh announced that two projectiles directly struck the Benud fishing dock, igniting a major fire that destroyed 10 fishing vessels. No official casualty figures have been released regarding this specific strike.
