Oberoi Realty’s maiden Gurugram project has hit a legal hurdle with the Punjab and Haryana High Court restraining fresh allotment in its “Three Sixty North” project.The court direction came in response to a complaint filed by a rival developer.Oberoi Realty, however, informed the stock exchange that the court order does not impact already executed sales. It said there is no stay on the construction, and the order does not have any adverse material impact on the business and operations of the company.“The company will pursue the necessary legal course of action as may be advised by professional legal counsel,” it said.Oberoi Realty launched its ultra-luxury residential project comprising 832 units across six towers. The company has registered gross bookings of around ₹8,109 crore for 23.10 lakh square feet of saleable area, the company said earlier this week.Published on July 9, 2026
