Winged Keel Group (“Winged Keel”), in cooperation with NFP Corp., an Aon company, is providing additional details regarding its recent acquisition of SBSI, Inc.
For clarity, NFP Corp. did not sell SBSI, Inc., was not a party to the transaction, and did not divest NFP Insurance Solutions or any other business as part of the transaction.
Howard Sharfman, Warren McGuire, and the SBSI, Inc. team have already been integrating into the Winged Keel team and culture, and we’re excited about the opportunity to build our business together.
