The school serves nearly 8,000 students across six campuses. It conducts parent satisfaction surveys twice a year for more than a decade to gather feedback on its educational programs and services.

The survey, with confidential responses collected through a secure data management system, measures five indicators: student wellbeing, parent satisfaction, overall perception of the school, whether expectations were met or exceeded, and Net Promoter Score (NPS), a globally recognized metric used by leading organizations and brands to measure customer loyalty and willingness to recommend.

Quynh Nhu (L, 2nd), whose family has been with VAS for a decade, said it was "an emotional milestone" to see how much the children had grown and matured at her child's Grade 5 graduation ceremony. Photo courtesy of the school
