MARAWI CITY – Retiring Armed Forces Chief of Staff, Gen. Romeo Brawner Jr. honored troops during his exit visit at Kampo Ranao here on Thursday morning.
Brawner, who will retire on July 20, laid a wreath at the Tears From Heaven monument inside the camp of the Army’s 103rd Infantry “Haribon” Brigade.
He was assisted by Brig. Gen. Jessie Montoya, who replaced retired Brig. Gen. Billy O. Dela Rosa.
