Dana Al Zarouni, an 11-year-old Abu Dhabi pupil, won the UAE Arab Reading Challenge after reading around 200 books, beating more than 830,000 entrants.
She will represent the UAE in the global grand final of the world's largest Arabic literacy initiative.
The competition, now in its 10th year, attracts more than 40 million children across 138,000 schools in 60 countries worldwide.
Categories including People of Determination and Outstanding Supervisor were recognised, highlighting the competition's commitment to inclusivity and excellence in education.
