Graycliff Announces Vytex’s Acquisition of Vinyl Kraft

Graycliff Partners LP announced today that its portfolio company Vytex, a manufacturer of vinyl windows and doors for the residential replacement and remodeling industry, has acquired Vinyl Kraft. The combination creates a diversified window and door manufacturing platform spanning the East Coast and Midwestern United States.

Vytex, founded in 1988 and headquartered in Laurel, MD, serves the residential replacement and remodeling market through a dealer-direct sales channel across the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Northeast with the ability to produce more than 200,000 windows and doors annually.

Vinyl Kraft, based in New Boston, Ohio, manufactures vinyl windows and doors, primarily serving the residential replacement and remodeling industry through both traditional distribution and dealer-direct sales channels. Founded in 1991, Vinyl Kraft manufactures over 100,000 windows and doors annually.

“This acquisition marks a defining step in Vytex’s growth,” said Adam Weinrub, CEO of Vytex. “Vinyl Kraft's well-known brand and Midwest manufacturing base round out our footprint and open new sales channels alongside our existing ones. Together, we're positioned to give customers a deeper product lineup and a higher level of service.”
