Bryson Tiller’s 'Trapsoul' goes Platinum in South Africa as he has bags 18 RiSA certifications.
South African Bryson Tiller fans recently watched him shut down The Ascots marquee at the Hollywoodbets Durban July, and now it’s time for his flowers.
The Grammy-nominated R&B singer has earned 18 new Recording Industry of South Africa (RiSA) certifications. This proves that more than a decade after introducing fans to his signature blend of Trap and R&B with “Trapsoul”, his music is still on rotation and on those throwback playlists.
RiSA has awarded Tiller 18 new certifications across his catalogue, including Platinum for his debut album “Trapsoul” and Gold for his 2020 project “Anniversary”.
Several of his biggest songs also received new certifications, with “Don’t” and “Exchange” earning multi-Platinum status, while “Right My Wrongs” reached double Platinum.
