On the night of Wednesday, July 9, drones struck an oil terminal in Tver, Russia.

After analyzing eyewitness videos, the publication concluded that the Tverneftoprodukt oil depot was on fire.
The oil depot of Tvernaftoprodukt LLC is located in the village of Elevator within the city limits of Tver.
It is owned by Tvernaftoprodukt LLC sales association, a subsidiary of PJSC Surgutneftegaz. The company handles the receipt, storage, and distribution of light petroleum products (gasoline and diesel fuel), operates its own network of 52 gas stations, and provides wholesale deliveries throughout the Tver region.
