The regional bloc’s secretariat was informed by Palestinian authorities “of the Israeli occupation authorities’ rejection of a visit... to the occupied Palestinian territories” to meet with Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas in Ramallah, Fahmy’s office said in a statement.
