State Bank of India said on Wednesday its asset management joint venture, SBI Funds Management, filed a red herring prospectus for its initial public offering and the share sale was set to open for public subscription on July 14. The public sector bank has set a price band of ₹545 to ₹574 apiece. The IPO comprises an offer for sale of up to 20.37 crore shares, or about 10 per cent of SBI Funds Management’s paid-up equity capital. State Bank of India will sell up to 12.83 crore shares, while joint venture partner Amundi India Holding will divest up to 7.54 crore shares.
