Athens-listed company Quality & Reliability announced on Tuesday it is accelerating its expansion into Poland with the acquisition of a 51% stake in E-XIM IT SA.
The move is part of its strategy for international expansion and an increased presence in the markets of Central and Eastern Europe.
The total price of the transaction is expected to exceed €6.9 million, the Greek company said. E-XIM IT is listed in the NewConnect market of the Warsaw bourse and specializes in planning, implementing and supporting digital transformation projects.
