President Trump said he thinks the cease-fire is over, but also that he doesn't see a return to war with Iran

President Donald Trump, speaking on the sidelines of the NATO summit in Turkey on Wednesday, said he did not "want to deal with" Iran anymore.

Oil prices settled at their highest levels in more than two weeks on Wednesday, then extended their gains in after-hours trading after the U.S. military said it launched additional strikes on Iran.

Earlier Wednesday, Trump said he believed the U.S.'s cease-fire with Iran was over. When asked whether a full-scale resumption of hostilities was in the cards, the president warned that the U.S. would "probably hit 'em hard tonight."
