Tampa General Hospital has sued Eli Lilly and Company over the drugmaker’s “unconscionable and immoral” rescindment of discounted pricing under the 340B program. | The drugmaker's decision to rescind 340B discounts to hospitals that do not submit requested claims data has raised prices for Tampa General Hospital by 25% to 50% on average, it wrote in a complaint.
