Justin and Hailey Bieber have added another home to their growing real estate portfolio, paying $12 million for a luxury condominium in Manhattan‘s West Village. The purchase was first reported by The Wall Street Journal, citing property records and people familiar with the deal. It marks the couple’s first known home in New York City and comes as they enter a new chapter—Hailey following the billion-dollar sale of her skincare brand, Rhode, and Justin after releasing his seventh studio album, Swag II, and headlining this year’s Coachella music festival.

Developed by the Ian Schrager Company and designed by the acclaimed firm Herzog & de Meuron, the building was completed in 2017. Overlooking the Hudson River, the distinctive tower is prized among privacy seekers for its on-site garage and porte cochere, offering residents an added layer of discretion when coming and going.
