Andhra Pradesh Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister P. Narayana on Wednesday (July 8, 2026) reviewed the progress of Amaravati capital construction works with representatives of contracting agencies, directing them to ensure that all projects are completed within the stipulated timelines despite the ongoing monsoon season.The review meeting, attended by Amaravati Development Corporation Chairperson D. Lakshmiparthasarathy, Engineer-in-Chief Gopal Krishna Reddy and senior engineers, assessed the progress of government buildings, road networks and Land Pooling Scheme (LPS) layouts. The minister sought project-wise updates from contractors and was briefed on measures taken to prevent rain-related disruptions.
