Revenue Climbs, But Losses Persist
The company reported total revenue of $14.7 million for fiscal 2026, compared with $10.5 million in fiscal 2025. The increase was mainly driven by growth in its edge computing and digital segment. Gross profit increased to $3.2 million from $1.9 million, while gross margins improved to 21.4% from 17.8%.
However, the company reported a net loss of $1.2 million, or $0.6 million excluding one-time listing costs, due to higher administrative expenses.
CEO Eng Chye Koh pointed to a favorable industry backdrop, noting demand for digital maritime solutions “continues to grow,” with Singapore and Taiwan remaining active markets into fiscal 2027.
