South African MotoGP star Brad Binder will be looking for a new team in 2027 after Red Bull KTM Factory Racing officially confirmed that the 30-year-old will not be part of their rider line-up next season.

KTM announced this week that Fabio Di Giannantonio will take Binder’s place in the factory team alongside Alex Márquez in 2027.

After weeks of speculation over his future and a disappointing run of results, Binder will now turn his attention to securing his future in MotoGP.

The South African currently sits 13th in the 2026 championship standings with 58 points and no podium finishes.
