The eastern suburbs received 23.04 mm, while the western suburbs recorded 25.93 mm of rainfall. Although rainfall intensity eased on Tuesday, authorities have cautioned that heavy spells could return during the day. With strong winds and a high tide forecast, commuters are advised to stay updated with official weather and transport advisories before travelling.
