Telstra customers are reporting connectivity problems this morning, with the company confirming an "an issue affecting some mobile calls and data connections". All regional train services in Victoria and some in New South Wales have been suspended.The federal government says it has been informed and understands Telstra is working to resolve the issues.Follow the day's events in our live blog.
