The US Energy Information Administration (EIA) appears to consider the Mideast conflict done and dusted, with the agency's latest forecast showing global oil inventories building again in the fourth quarter this year and returning to the oversupply that was predicted before the conflict began.

In its new Short-Term Energy Outlook (STEO), the EIA said last month's US-Iran MOU prompted massive revisions to its prior forecast.
