July 7 (UPI) -- Talk-show host John Oliver and General Hospital icon Ryan Paevey have finished their guest arcs on the long-running soap opera.
"It's going to be great, at the end of my life, to say, 'Hey, remember that time I was on General Hospital?' It was pretty cool," Oliver laughed in a video posted on the daytime drama's X feed.
"It's packing it in all in one go," he continued. "I get off a helicopter, shoot someone, make clumsy passes at women."
Veteran GH star Laura Wright, who plays Carly, celebrated the fact that she got to slap Oliver, who played WSB spy agency head Z, in a scene.
