Bridge Growth Partners Expands Investment Team with Addition of Prosper Vignone as Senior Principal

Brings 30 years of global technology experience, including more than two decades at IBM leading strategic business development and M&A and overseeing more than 70 strategic transactions

Bridge Growth Partners, LLC, a leading technology investment firm, today announced the addition of Prosper Vignone as Senior Principal, joining the firm's investment team to support sourcing, due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio company oversight on a day-to-day basis.

Mr. Vignone brings strong global technology experience and a deep track record scaling technology businesses through his leadership of strategic M&A and business development globally at IBM, having overseen more than 70 transactions spanning acquisition strategy, deal execution, and post-merger integration. Mr. Vignone has served as a Senior Advisor to Bridge Growth since 2024, supporting portfolio companies and the due diligence of prospective investments.

Mr. Vignone joins Bill Teuber, former Vice Chairman and CFO of EMC, as a Senior Principal within Bridge Growth’s investment team.
