Saudi Arabia-based edtech Noon Academy has acquired Almakhfi, a digital platform specialising in Qudurat and Tahsili exam preparation, to strengthen its AI-powered learning ecosystem and expand its offering for middle and high school students.

Founded in 2013 by Mohammed Aldhalaan and Abdulaziz AlSaeed, Noon Academy operates a social learning platform that combines live classes, AI-powered learning experiences, and skills-based education across core academic subjects, English, programming, robotics, and drone technologies.

Founded in 2018, Almakhfi has supported more than 250,000 students preparing for Saudi national examinations. The integration will enrich Noon Academy's educational content and deliver more personalised digital learning experiences.

The acquisition follows Noon Academy's $41 million Series B funding round led by Wa'ed Ventures and Raed Ventures.
