Dubizzle Group has announced a strategic partnership and investment in the UAE-based proptech Takeem, making Bayut and dubizzle the exclusive property portals for Takeem's Rental Guarantee solution across the UAE.
Founded in 2023 by Rakesh Mavath and Pooja Vithlani, Takeem develops a rental guarantee platform, protecting landlords against tenant payment defaults while providing emergency maintenance coverage and enabling monthly digital direct debit rent payments.
The investment was made through Dubizzle Group Ventures and follows the group's recent investment in rental payments platform Tern, further expanding Dubizzle's strategy of building an integrated digital rental ecosystem across the UAE.
