Pag-Ibig continues affordable home loan push

MANILA, Philippines – Pag-Ibig Fund has extended its subsidized and promo housing loan rates to give more Filipinos access to affordable home financing.

In a statement on Tuesday, the state-run fund said eligible borrowers can still avail of a 3 percent subsidized rate, promo rates of 4.5 percent and 5.75 percent for low-cost and open-market homes, respectively, and housing loans of up to P10 million.
