American rapper Swae Lee took to Instagram wearing his Bafana Bafana jersey and shared his experience of visiting Durban.

American rapper and songwriter Swae Lee has left South Africa with more than just memories of his performance at the Hollywoodbets Durban July.

After entertaining crowds at The Ascots marquee during the prestigious racing and fashion event, the rapper spent time exploring Durban, sharing his experiences with fans on TikTok and praising the city’s hospitality, safety and vibrant atmosphere.

Proudly wearing the iconic South Africa national soccer team jersey, Lee was spotted interacting with locals as he explored some of Durban’s most recognisable attractions.

The musician stayed at The Oyster Box, one of South Africa’s most luxurious hotels. The landmark property has welcomed several international celebrities over the years, including Nicki Minaj, Gregory Porter, Chris Tucker, Idris Elba and Kendrick Lamar.
