New Delhi, Tata Group-owned Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) on Tuesday said it has signed 20 hotels in the first quarter of FY27 and is "well poised" to achieve a 700-hotel portfolio by 2030 under its 'Accelerate 2030' strategic roadmap.The hospitality major currently has a pipeline of 263 hotels. During the quarter, the company also opened 11 new hotels across its brands."With a focus on our growth brands seventeen of the twenty signings this quarter (April-June) were across Gateway, Ginger and Tree of Life.
