Her other TV appearances include the comedy series Sharon and Elsie, in which she portrayed Sharon Wilkes, alongside Brigit Forsyth, who played Elsie Beecroft.Michael and Janette went on to have two children together but divorced in 2011. A few years later, he started a relationship with Louise Gibbons in 2014.At the time, it was reported that they met because Louise is Michael's local bookmaker's sister.
