Lockheed Martin (LMT) has been awarded a $142.91M cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for software sustainment services for the C-5 Galaxy. This contract provides software updates and maintenance, supporting certification artifacts, systems integration laboratory maintenance, engineering and technical support, and software engineering support services. Work is expected to be completed by May 20, 2032.This contract was a sole source acquisition. FY26 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $19.32M are being obligated at time of award. The C-5 Contracting Branch is the contracting activity.
