American streamer Darren Watkins Jr., popularly known as IShowSpeed, broke down in tears and later apologised to Cristiano Ronaldo after Portugal crashed out of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
A video shared by Speedy HQ captured the popular YouTuber becoming emotional as Portugal suffered a 1-0 defeat to Spain national football team in Monday night’s Round of 16 clash.
As Ronaldo appeared on the screen after the final whistle, IShowSpeed burst into tears, repeatedly shouting, “No… no, bruh!” while struggling to hold back his emotions.
In a separate video shared after the match, the internet personality apologised to the five-time Ballon d’Or winner and Portugal supporters, saying he had desperately wanted Ronaldo to lift the World Cup.
