Carloha Nigeria, the authorised distributor of Chery vehicles in the country, has launched a nationwide emergency roadside assistance programme aimed at supporting motorists whose vehicles break down on highways and major roads.

The company said the initiative, known as the CarlohaCare 6-6-7 Rescue programme, will provide emergency response services through a dedicated hotline, with trained rescue teams dispatched to assist stranded motorists across the country.

In a move that broadens the programme’s reach, Carloha Nigeria said the service will, for a limited period, also be available free of charge to owners of vehicles outside the Chery brand, subject to operational capacity. The company added that Chery customers would continue to receive priority during periods of high demand.

“Response times vary depending on location and road accessibility. Every distress call receives a professional dispatch, ensuring that no stranded motorist is left without support,” the company noted.
