FG: New Digital Platforms ‘ll Empower Nigerians to Track, Demand Quality Service

The Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR) has said ordinary Nigerians will now have direct leverage to track government expenditure and demand excellent service delivery through its newly developed digital platforms.

The Director-General of the bureau, Dr Dasuki Arabi, made this known during a press conference on Monday in Abuja, ahead of the formal launch of three transformative digital platforms scheduled for July 14, 2026.

The platforms will strengthen transparency, accountability, knowledge management and evidence-based implementation of public service reforms across all tiers of government.

According to Arabi, the reforms are intentionally structured to shift the governance paradigm, ensuring that the ordinary citizen is treated as a valued customer with the right to dictate and determine the quality of public service.
