July 6 (UPI) -- The Washington Commanders agreed to a one-year contract worth up to $3.8 million with free agent cornerback Rasul Douglas, a league source told UPI on Monday.
Douglas, 30, spent last season with the Miami Dolphins. The nine-year veteran logged 62 total tackles, 13 passes defensed, two interceptions, a forced fumble and a sack over 15 appearances in 2025-26.
Douglas started 15 games in 2024 for the Buffalo Bills. He registered 58 combined tackles, five passes defensed and a forced fumble that season.
The third-round pick in the 2017 NFL Draft spent his first three seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles. He also played for the Carolina Panthers and Green Bay Packers.
