Ederson's arrival was always scheduled to be finalised in July, and that was made certain when he received a late call-up to Carlo Ancelotti's squad for the World Cup.The midfielder made two substitute appearances during the tournament, including a cameo in Brazil's 2-1 loss against Norway in the round of 16. Now that Brazil are heading home, Ederson can focus on his club career.Reports from Italy state that the 26-year-old is set to travel to the UK and complete the final part of medical, having already undergone initial checks with Brazil in the United States.
