MANILA, Philippines – Pilmico Animal Nutrition Corp., Infinity Vocational Training School Inc. (IVTSI) and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda) have teamed up to provide hands-on training in meat butchery in Tarlac.

The partnership will offer Tesda-certified Slaughtering Operations and Retail Meat Cutting courses at Pilmico’s Meatmasters facility, the country’s first multi-meat Triple AAA-accredited processing plant.

“Unlike traditional classroom settings, participants gain firsthand exposure to meat fabrication and slaughter operations in an active production environment,” Aboitiz Foods said in a statement on Monday.
