Nestle Business Solutions (NBS), on Monday, said it will establish a new Global Capability Centre (GCC) at Hyderabad. It will be set up under Nestle Business Services India Pvt Ltd in partnership with Genpact, which will bring its process intelligence and expertise in data, AI and automation to help Nestle simplify, standardise and scale business services, it added.NBS is the shared services team of the Nestle Group.The packaged food major said that this move marks an important step in strengthening its global business services network and building future-ready capabilities to provide broader services across geographies while reinforcing its commitment to India’s long-term growth journey.“NBS Hyderabad represents a positive next chapter in our growth journey.
