Head of Ukraine's Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD) under the National Security and Defense Council Andrii Kovalenko has reported that the Omsk Oil Refinery was struck.
According to Ukrinform, Kovalenko made the statement on Telegram.
"The Omsk refinery, one of Russia's key oil-processing facilities and one located far from Ukraine, has been hit. It will suspend operations," Kovalenko said.

Earlier, Ukrinform reported that units of Ukraine's Defense Forces had struck three oil refineries in Russia, a deployment site of an enemy missile brigade, and oil terminals in temporarily occupied Crimea and Russia's Leningrad region.
