Russian forces struck Kramatorsk with a 250-kilogram aerial bomb, injuring three employees of DTEK.
According to Ukrinform, the Kramatorsk City Council reported the attack on Telegram.
"This morning, Russian forces carried out an airstrike on Kramatorsk. The strike hit an open area near where employees of DTEK Donetsk Power Grids were performing maintenance work. As a result of the attack, three workers were injured," the statement said.
According to preliminary information, the enemy used a FAB-250 guided aerial bomb equipped with a guidance module. The injured are currently receiving the necessary medical treatment at healthcare facilities in the city.
"Strikes against emergency repair crews, utility workers, and others who maintain essential services in frontline cities have, unfortunately, become a common tactic of the Russian occupiers. However, this will never become normal. Every such attack is further evidence of deliberate terror against the civilian population," the City Council emphasized.
