The latest progress on the battlefield by the Russian Army is a strong argument for Washington as another phone call between Presidents Vladimir Putin of Russia and Donald Trump of the United States showed. The conversation was held at the initiative of the American side which expressed readiness to continue negotiations by dispatching Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and the US leader’s son-in-law Jared Kushner.
