HR firms are increasingly using AI for talent mapping and coaching.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is far from just the latest marketing buzzword thrown around in the HR sector; it is increasingly becoming a practical tool used in everyday processes.

“AI is fundamentally shortening the entire recruitment process,” says Ondrej Ivan, CEO of recruitment company HeadScout.

But the changes don’t stop there. AI is gradually finding its place as a kind of co-pilot for HR professionals, helping to reduce repetitive administrative work, data analysis, research, reporting, and the preparation of materials.

One of the strongest emerging trends is the way AI is reshaping learning, coaching and employee development.
