Signal Alliance Technology Holding (SATH), one of Nigeria’s foremost technology groups, today celebrated its 30th anniversary, marking three decades of innovation, enterprise transformation, and contributions to Africa’s digital evolution.
The milestone celebration, held in Lagos under the theme “Built for This. Ready for What’s Next”, brought together business leaders, technology stakeholders, clients, partners, and members of the media to reflect on the company’s journey and outline its vision for the future.
As part of the anniversary celebrations, the Group also announced the rebranding of two of its subsidiaries. CloudSA will now operate as SATH Cloud, while Signal Alliance Consulting will become SATH Technology Consulting.
The rebranding reflects the Group’s continued evolution and its commitment to creating a more unified brand architecture that supports growth, innovation, and deeper value creation for clients.
Speaking at the event, Collins Onuegbu, Chairman of Signal Alliance Technology Holding, described the anniversary as a significant milestone in the company’s history.
