Police have cordoned off the site as bomb disposal and rescue teams work to eliminate the danger.

The Vyshneve Territorial Community also urged residents not to leave their homes or travel to work, while several streets remained under emergency restrictions due to the risk of further blasts. Residents reported hearing loud explosions throughout the morning, with some saying the shockwaves were strong enough to shake apartment buildings.
