Nyong Extols Late MISA Founder’s Legacy in Affordable Housing, Philanthropy

Chief Executive, Lekki Gardens Estate, Dr. Richard Nyong, has described the late founder of MISA Nigeria Limited, Mr. Muritala Adegboyega Ibrahim, as a real estate entrepreneur whose contributions to housing development and philanthropy will endure beyond his lifetime.
Nyong made the remarks while reflecting on Ibrahim’s legacy following the recent commissioning of a 36-unit residential development donated by the deceased to the National Orthopaedic Hospital, Igbobi, Lagos, to provide accommodation for doctors and other healthcare professionals.
The project, completed shortly before Ibrahim’s death in March 2026 after a prolonged illness, was inaugurated by the Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Prof. Muhammad Ali Pate.
