LEGAZPI CITY, ALBAY, Philippines — Classes at all levels in Camarines Norte were suspended on Monday following reports of security threats targeting schools in the province.
In an advisory on Sunday night, Gov. Ricarte Padilla said the order was to ensure the safety and well-being of students, school personnel, and the general public while authorities were assessing the situation.
