A Russian drone struck a gas station in Kharkiv's Kyivskyi district on the afternoon of July 5, leaving two men injured.
The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
Under the procedural guidance of the Kyivskyi District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into a war crime under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
According to the investigation, at around 14:30 on July 5, a Russian UAV struck the roof of a car wash located on the premises of a gas station in the city's Kyivskyi district.
As a result of the attack, two employees, aged 58 and 60, suffered acute stress reactions. They received the necessary medical assistance.
