In June 2026, Ukraine's Defense Forces struck more than 200,000 Russian targets, while the intensity of strikes against targets in temporarily occupied Crimea increased significantly.
According to Ukrinform, Ukraine's Minister of Defense Mykhailo Fedorov stated this on Facebook.
"Over the course of the month, the Defense Forces struck more than 200,000 enemy targets. The number of strikes against enemy logistics continues to grow. The number of targets hit at distances of more than 50 kilometers from the line of combat contact has nearly doubled," he wrote.
At the same time, the intensity of strikes against targets in temporarily occupied Crimea increased markedly in June.
According to Fedorov, the primary focus was on the enemy's logistics. In particular, destroying warehouses, transport, and supply routes has reduced Russia's ability to sustain its military units. In June, Ukrainian forces also killed or seriously wounded nearly 28,000 Russian troops.
