Over the past day, the Russian army carried out more than 110 attacks on 23 settlements in the Sumy region, injuring seven people.
According to Ukrinform, the Sumy Regional Military Administration reported this on Telegram.
"In the Sumy community, a 19-year-old woman, a 49-year-old woman, and a 55-year-old woman were injured as a result of a UAV strike. Two women aged 30 and 25, as well as girls aged 16 and 18, sought medical assistance for injuries sustained during a guided bomb attack on July 3 in the Sumy community," the statement said.
Between the morning of July 4 and the morning of July 5, 2026, Russian forces carried out more than 110 attacks on 23 settlements in 12 territorial communities of the region.
The highest number of attacks was recorded in Sumy and Shostka districts. The following communities came under Russian fire: Sumy, Yunakivka, Myropillia, Sad, Bilopillia, Krasnopillia, Richky, Seredyna-Buda, Esman, Nova Sloboda, Trostianets, and Velyka Pysarivka.
